Garage Door Off Track
Customer Issue: Ms. Ryan tried to open her door to leave for the store, and found it wouldn’t move past a certain point.
Our Solution: We examined Ms. Ryan’s garage door system and found that several rollers had come off of the tracks, hence the issue. Further inspection by clamping the door, and opening the tracks, revealed that debris from the nearby trees and other materials had clogged up the track enough to force the rollers out. Our team removed the debris and returned the rollers inside the track.
New Garage Door Installation
Customer Issue: The Slayns wanted an automatic overhead door added to their unsecured garage.
Our Solution: A LiftMaster 8500w direct drive opener to save space, a model 891LM remote control and 98LM wall console from the same company, and a Clopay Classic Collection steel cell-paneled door and spring assembly made up the new system. Our installation service included programming the opener settings and smartphone controls, as well as testing.
Customer Issue: The door refused to close all the way, reversing after a certain point.
Our Solution: Our team checked the sensors, and finding them not making contact they locked the door open, unplugged the opener, and loosened the photo eyes for adjustment. When the LED’s came back on, they reconnected the opener to test it out to ensure it was safe to use the door again.
Customer Issue: Mr. Chavez called our office to have his opener repaired.
Our Solution: Our technician found several frayed wires were causing intermittent operation. He replaced the wiring harness and adjusted the opener's alignment so the problem wouldn't occur again.
Customer Issue: Mr. Brooks called our office to ask our team to replace a broken spring.
Our Solution: Our technician removed the broken spring and replaced it with a heavier unit. He then balanced and realigned the door, lubed and tested it to make sure it was working properly.

Our Solution: Our technician cleaned the track and replaced the broken rollers with new nylon units. He then realigned the door and tested it to make sure it was operating properly.
