Some of the bolts holding the door’s tracks came loose, causing the tracks to wobble and one of the rollers to pop out.

The first thing our technicians did after shutting off the opener was to realign the tracks and screw the bolts back in. Once they were stable, our team manually raised the door into the overhead position and negotiated the rollers back in before reconnecting the opener.
